株式会社ツボエのWebおよび販促物向けの撮影ディレクションを担当しました。
撮影の目的やターゲットに応じて仕上がりのイメージを事前に明確化し、構成・進行・スタイリングを含めた全体設計を行っています。

ブランド全体のディレクションを担っている立場から、トーンや世界観の統一を重視。使用カット数やモデルの有無、色味・明度、構図設計、ロケーション選定、関係各所へのアサイン、スケジュール管理に至るまで細かく計画し、撮影概要書として事前に共有しました。概要書には、絵コンテや構図ラフ、自ら撮影したモック画像、参考写真なども交え、当日の進行が円滑になるよう細部まで準備を重ねています。

スタイリングも担当し、撮影小物の準備や現場での調整を通じて、製品の魅力を最大限に引き出す構成をコーディネート。撮影中はその場で仕上がりを確認し、必要に応じて再撮影の判断を行うなど、柔軟なディレクションで撮影の質とスピードを両立させました。

なお、撮影当日の段取りや食事手配も含め、「良い制作物のために必要なことはすべてやる」という姿勢で臨んでいます。

Tsuboe｜Photography Direction for Web & Promotional Use

We provided photography direction for Tsuboe Co., Ltd., focusing on visuals for their website and promotional materials.
From the early planning stages, we defined the visual tone and purpose of the shoot based on the target audience, and developed a comprehensive plan covering composition, scheduling, styling, and on-site coordination.

As the brand’s overall creative director, maintaining consistency in tone and visual identity was a priority. We carefully determined key elements such as the number of cuts, use of models, color tone and brightness, composition strategy, location, and team assignments—then compiled these into a detailed shooting brief. This document included visual references, sketches, mock-ups, and shooting layouts to ensure clear communication with the client and collaborators well in advance.

In addition to directing, we also handled styling—preparing props in advance and adjusting on-site details to best showcase the products. Throughout the shoot, we monitored output in real time, giving feedback or requesting reshoots as needed, while remaining responsive to unexpected changes.

Even small logistical matters like arranging meals for the team were part of our role. We believe that doing whatever it takes to produce the best possible result is simply part of the job.
