Overview
interiorlifestyle TOKYO 2026|Exhibition Booth Design
We were responsible for the art direction, space direction, and graphic design of the exhibition booth for Tsuboe Co., Ltd.
To keep the products at the center of the presentation, the display fixtures were designed with a simple, understated appearance. At the same time, the pillar positioned at the front of the booth—an element that could otherwise have obstructed the view—was transformed into a prominent visual feature. Large-scale product photography and impactful graphics were applied to the pillar to capture visitors’ attention and encourage them to enter the booth.
The layout also made strategic use of the booth’s shorter and longer sides. The shorter side featured the flagship and standard product lines, while the longer side was dedicated to irogami, whose extensive color variations required a more spacious and organized presentation. This arrangement enabled the characteristics of each product line to be communicated visually, without relying solely on verbal explanation.
As exhibition booths are temporary spaces dismantled after only a few days, balancing visual quality with budget was also an essential part of the design process. By carefully determining where to invest and where to simplify, we created a visually cohesive and effective exhibition space within the available budget.
